5. Fees and Payment

• Landlords: Fourstrides does not charge landlords a commission. Instead, tenants pay a flat service fee of 10-15% of the rental cost, which covers legal fees, verification, and other related services.
• Tenants: By agreeing to these terms, tenants acknowledge that they are required to pay the full amount of rent and service fees as stated in the rental agreement.
