Protecting Landlord‘s Interests

Tenant Default or Misconduct

Should a tenant be found guilty of violating any rental agreements, such as non-payment of rent, misuse of property, or breach of tenancy terms, Fourstrides reserves the right to take appropriate actions, which may include the ejection of the tenant from the property.

Caution Deposit Forfeiture

In cases where the tenant is at fault, the caution deposit will not be refunded. This policy is in place to ensure landlords have security over their property and agreements.
